5. User Conduct

Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements

6. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission

Movie information is provided by The Movie Database (TMDB)
We do not claim ownership of movie titles, posters, or related metadata
All movie-related content remains property of respective copyright holders

6.3 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create
You grant us a license to use your content within the App (e.g., usernames on leaderboards)

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to:

Collection of gameplay statistics
Anonymous analytics for App improvement
Advertising identifiers for personalized ads (free users)
Crash reporting and performance monitoring

8. Advertisements

8.1 Free Version

The free version of the App contains advertisements:

Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, legal compliance, or intellectual property infringement.

18.3 Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them.
